"State Farm denied my weather‑damage claim after their adjustor told me, “you’re covered for weather damage, you have weather damage, but you’re not getting covered.” He even called himself a “scientist” and insisted “we don’t get hail in New Mexico.” Then he tried to show me what “real damage” looks like by poking a metal object through a shingle. After decades as a customer, this is the treatment I got. Be careful of bad neighbors who cheat, steal, and abuse your loyalty — I’ve moved all my policies elsewhere. No integrity and your response reflects your company."

"The only reason why this agent gets high marks is because of her staff. Her staff is so professional and they are very helpful. The agent needs to learn from her staff how to treat customers and how to respond timely Michelle is a terrible individual. it should not be a State Farm agent, rude disrespectful and argumentative. She’s not reliable and she can Cause you financial disparity very quickly if you’re not tracking the things that she does with your insurance coverage. Michelle Randolph worst agent you could ever encounter in the city of Albuquerque. She does not respond to emails phone messages or even text. She unilaterally likes to make changes without your consent, causing an increase of your insurance tried numerous time to work with her but she became argumentative and frustrated very easily. Her staff is wonderful. This is the only reason why she survives,, dare not try to get her during the holidays because she's never around. I had Reggie Gallegos for many years with State Farm and never had any issues until he retired and we got moved over. Michelle is incompetent and lacks professionalism, customer service and has the typical Albuquerque mentality of the land of mañana. Lacks education, expertise in her field, if you value your money and you want someone that is really going to look out for your interest stay away from this office and this agent. Consider this rating a negative star nothing positive about this individual."

"Frank, We’re sorry you had a negative experience. Due to your circumstances at the time, you were unable to sign the required uninsured motorist form. We attempted to work with you; however, without a signed form, coverage cannot be retroactively changed for prior months under State Farm guidelines and coverage must remain in place to ensure protection. Both the agent and our office made multiple attempts to obtain the necessary documentation; however, your unwillingness to sign the required forms prevented any changes. You also confirmed with other State Farm agents that the New Mexico uninsured motorist guidelines that were explained were correct. While we understand frustrations can arise, accusations of misconduct and personal attacks do not reflect the reality of the situation or the documented efforts made by the agent. We wish you the best moving forward. "
