"Ever since I switched to Michelle's agency it has been great customer service and communication. I was having a lot of problems with another agency. Estefania helped me on some difficult situations and made sure everything was taken care of this little awesome woman kicks but and brings her A game to work everyday. Mrs Michelle office is full of good hardworking woman who really treat clients right and go out of there way to always help. They are some of the most understanding and hardworking group of work I've seen and they all talk even if you dont get to work with some they all still say hand acknowledge you. The environment is welcoming when you walk in the door unlike the agency off San Mateo and Menaul ( not mentioning names) Michelle runs a good honest agency and her and her staff are all beautiful inside and out can't say enough great things about them I highly recommend them."
